Return & Exchange Policy

At Ruchi Gupta Studio, we strive to provide the best quality products at the best prices. Please note that we do not offer returns. However, we do provide exchanges under certain conditions as listed below:

  1. Exchange will only be provided if the product is damaged or different from the original order. If the same product is not available with us, a refund will be issued.

  2. Exchange requests must be sent with an unboxing video to ruchiguptastudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  3. A clear and uncut opening video of the order received must be provided along with your exchange request.

  4. Exchange will only be given on a damaged product and not on a damaged plastic box. Please note that if the rod behind the earring is slightly tilted, it will not be considered a damaged product.

  5. Product tags must be intact, the product must be unused, and it should be packed in its original cover.

  6. Only one-time exchange will be provided.

  7. We do offer pickup facility with no additional charges.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation on the order will only be accepted before shipping. No cancellation requests will be entertained once the product is shipped.

  • Ruchi Gupta Studio reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
