Ruchi Gupta Studio ships pan India through trusted delivery partners. We aim to dispatch your order at the earliest, however, please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping address, order size, and courier availability.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details. Please note that delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as strikes, natural calamities, or courier issues) are beyond our control.

1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

2. Do you provide same-day or express delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same-day or express delivery services.

3. What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery again. If the order is still undelivered, it may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at ruchiguptastudio@gmail.com.

4. Can I schedule delivery for a specific date or time?
At the moment, scheduling a delivery slot is not available. Orders are delivered as per the courier partner’s service.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery.
